About the Role As a Customer Engagement Specialist, Inbound, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include: Managing large amounts of incoming phone calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools, meeting personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and account-related information Key Responsibilities In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be expected to: Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge Contribute to the development of process improvements and quality initiatives Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: A minimum of 12 months call center experience, with a focus on upselling and customer service Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Strong knowledge of computer systems and software, including CRM systems and other relevant tools Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type 40 wpm or more Strong reading comprehension as well as basic math skills Ability to take on additional tasks as needed Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (not including THC) and criminal background check Employment requires current eligibility to legally work in the United States Preferred Qualifications We are looking for candidates who possess the following preferred qualifications: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Knowledge of arenaflex products and services Experience with CRM systems and other relevant tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Benefits and Perks As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy the following benefits and perks: Competitive hourly rate of $20/hour Flexible scheduling, including part-time and remote work options Opportunities for career growth and professional development Access to ongoing training and development programs Medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits (available for full-time employees) Weekly pay and paid time off Internal promotion opportunities Company swag and other perks Work Environment and Culture At arenaflex, we value a diverse and inclusive workforce, and we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment.
