As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in our disaster relief efforts, connecting with individuals in need and providing them with the resources and support they deserve. **What's the Job?** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from individuals affected by natural disasters, such as hurricanes, floods, wildfires, and more.
