As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing data-driven insights and business intelligence to drive business decisions. You'll work closely with our business teams to extract, analyze, and visualize data to inform strategic decisions. About the Counie BA Team Our Counie BA team is a dynamic group of professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. We're responsible for managing our in-house channels, including inbound and outbound calls, chat support, VOC (Voice of Customer), and complaint management. Our team is passionate about delivering data-driven insights that inform business decisions and drive growth. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Specialist on our Counie BA team, you'll be responsible for: Managing data indicators related to our in-house channels, including SQL-based data extraction and analysis Designing and visualizing dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools to inform business decisions Managing and optimizing channel-specific KPIs to ensure stability and growth Extracting and analyzing business data to inform strategic decisions Developing and presenting data-driven insights to drive business growth Designing and implementing new metrics and KPIs to drive business success Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Experience with SQL-based data extraction and analysis (at least 2 years) Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Strong data visualization and insights delivery skills Ability to structure complex data into intuitive stories Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive business growth Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: E-commerce or internet services industry experience Experience with Python or R-based data analysis and automation Understanding of data modeling and ETL structures Experience with dashboard performance optimization and user-friendly UX design High-level understanding of business domains or analysis experience What We Offer As a member of our team, you'll enjoy: A dynamic and supportive work environment Opportunities for career growth and professional development A competitive salary and benefits package A comprehensive training program to help you succeed A chance to work with a leading e-commerce company that's changing the way people shop How to Apply If you're a motivated and data-driven individual who is passionate about customer service, we want to hear from you!
