As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering inbound calls, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls about arenaflex products and services Understand policies and procedures used for daily operations Take accountability for customer satisfaction with a highly professional demeanor Demonstrate a strong phone presence while assisting customers with less than perfect credit Achieve high satisfaction on customer surveys Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment Training and Development We're committed to helping our employees succeed and grow in their careers. Remote employees must live within 50 miles of an arenaflex location or plan on relocating. We offer varying shift options, including: Full Time: Monday-Friday 12:30pm-9:30pm, Every Third Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm Full-Time (Split): Monday-Friday 8am-12pm- and 4pm-8pm, Every Third Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm Full-Time (Split): Monday-Friday 8:30am-12:30pm- and 4:30pm-8:30pm, Every Third Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm Part Time: Monday-Friday 2pm-9pm, Every Third Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm Flexible scheduling opportunity for top performers No Sundays!
