Key Responsibilities: Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches. Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes. Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them. Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches. What We're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities and skills: Proactivity and ability to work in a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication. Marked attention to detail in daily work, with a commitment to accuracy and precision. Previous work experience (1+ year) in a related field, although this is not a requirement.
