Work Snapshot Type Talent network Location Remote Commitment Flexible What You’ll Be Doing • Design and oversee evaluations for coding tasks across multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, C, JavaScript, and TypeScript • Develop test cases to assess system performance across diverse engineering scenarios • Analyze system behavior on real-world use cases to identify strengths and areas for improvement • Communicate evaluation insights and results effectively to research teams • Contribute to high-impact open-source projects and support system optimization What We’re Looking For • Strong experience in open-source contributions with an active GitHub or similar profile • Strong experience in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C, JavaScript, or TypeScript • Deep familiarity with widely-used libraries, frameworks, and development tools • Strong understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, and scalable code patterns • Strong collaboration skills with experience working in distributed and asynchronous teams • Ability to independently identify areas of improvement and execute solutions with minimal oversight • Experience using Git, CI/CD systems, and open-source workflows How To Apply • Upload resume • Interview • Submit form Apply To this Job Apply To This Job
