Japanese – English Simultaneous Interpreter – Remote Part time REMOTE A Global OEM Manufacturer is looking for a Japanese – English Simultaneous Interpreter to join their team Position Summary Experienced Japanese/English SIMULTANEOUS Interpreter (both directions: Japanese to English and English to Japanese). 4-year college degree with a few years of experience, or if no college, at least 5 years of interpretation experience. Requirements: Provide accurate SIMULTANEOUS interpretation remotely (equipment provided) for meetings. Looking for Morning-shift SIMULTANEOUS interpreters, approx. 4 -6 hours/day, between 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM (EST), Actual hours may vary depending on your capabilities. You might occasionally be asked to support Evening meetings. Work hours may vary to meet project demands, but the goal is to maintain an average of 20–24 hours per week. If the number of meetings increases, your weekly hours may increase accordingly.
