Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and bilingual Japanese Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team at Officepartners360. This role is pivotal in providing outstanding support to our Japanese-speaking clientele while driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Japanese (N1 level) and English, with a passion for delivering superior customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Customer Service:
β€’ Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Japanese and English.
β€’ Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution in a courteous and professional manner.
β€’ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing personalized assistance and proactive follow-up.
β€’ Sales Support:
β€’ Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable office solutions.
β€’ Collaborate with the sales team to identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and close deals.
β€’ Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations in Japanese and English as needed.
β€’ Language Support:
β€’ Serve as a language bridge between Japanese-speaking customers and English-speaking team members.
β€’ Translate documents, marketing materials, and communications between Japanese and English.
β€’ Cross-functional Collaboration:
β€’ Work closely with various departments including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth customer interactions and order fulfillment.
β€’ Provide feedback to internal teams on customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
β€’ Fluency in Japanese (N1 level) and English, both written and verbal.
β€’ Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
β€’ Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
