Japanese Annotation Specialist Needed
We are looking for native Japanese speakers to work on an audio transcription project. Your job will be to listen to short Japanese audio clips and write exactly what you hear in correct Japanese text. The work requires focus and accuracy, as you will be helping to improve AI speech recognition systems. You don’t need previous experience — training materials will be provided, and you can learn how to do the task step by step. You just need to understand Japanese very well, be careful with details, and follow the given instructions. The Payment will be per one hour of effective audio, which means payment is based only on the valid parts of the audio where work is done (not including silent or blank parts). This is not payment per working hour. You must stay active in communication and reply quickly when you receive messages or tasks. After submitting your work, 30% payment will be given first, and full payment after your work is checked and approved. If any part is rejected, you will need to fix it — but we prefer the work to pass in one go. Those who can work full-time or lead a small team are preferred, as you can handle more audios daily and even get a higher rate over time.
