Join a leading IT project in the financial sector as a Japanese/English bilingual Project Manager. Lead infrastructure initiatives with Linux expertise and cross-team coordination. Fully remote across the U.S. | $120K–140K DOE | ET core hours. Overview Lead IT infrastructure projects for a financial-sector client, ensuring seamless execution and delivery across global teams. Utilize strong bilingual (Japanese / English) communication to manage stakeholders, timelines, and technical deliverables. Fully remote – work from anywhere in the U.S. (core hours: Mon–Fri 9 AM – 6 PM EST). Annual salary: DOE ($120K – $140K +). Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery of infrastructure initiatives. Coordinate between Japanese and U.S. client teams, ensuring smooth bilingual communication and precise documentation. Oversee engineers supporting Linux environments (builds, troubleshooting, and system stability). Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. Drive operational improvements, efficiency, and adherence to compliance standards. Lead and mentor technical teams, promoting collaboration and accountability. Qualifications Japanese / English bilingual proficiency (business / technical level in both languages). Proven hands-on experience with IT infrastructure and Linux-based systems (setup, support, incident response, etc.). Project management or team-leader experience in an enterprise or financial industry environment. Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-cultural coordination skills. PMP or similar certification is a plus (not required). Ability to work independently under a fully remote structure while maintaining strong accountability.
