JanSport/Eastpak: Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis

The Financial Analyst will prepare business performance analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support the Americas business and assist in developing and implementing the annual budget and strategic plans.ResponsibilitiesSupport the monthly forecast, reporting and analysis, the annual operating plan, and the strategic plan processesMaintain and develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiativesTrack and analyze Actuals vs Budget/Forecast KPIs for Americas Ecom businessDrive enhancements in financial reporting and analysis as well as requisite system requirementsProvide ad hoc analytical support and perform special projects as neededSkillsBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or other quantitative/analytical disciplinesExcellent Excel, PowerPoint, data management and reporting skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment & to be a team playerKnowledge and experience in financial concepts, budgeting, and forecasting with strong financial modeling skillsDetail-oriented with exceptional analytical skillsAbility to partner across functions and drive process improvements and business resultsStrong analytical ability and critical thinking skills which would enable thoughtful analysis and interpretation of financial results and identification of key business issues underlying the numbersStrong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple wayExperience with ERP systems and financial reporting toolsStrong appreciation for culture in a values-driven businessLocation requirement: hybrid role, minimum of 3 days in office1+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in the retail or consumer-related industriesBenefitsIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.Benefits at VF Corporation: You can review a general overview of each benefit program offered, including this year's medical plan rates on www.MyVFbenefits.com and by clicking Looking to Join VF?
