As an Italian Speaker in this role, you will provide outstanding customer support to our Italian-speaking clients. Your mission is to listen to their inquiries and resolve any issues effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Actively listen to customer concerns and provide relevant solutions
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and manage follow-ups
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies
• Follow company procedures to ensure high standards of service
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
• No previous experience required; comprehensive training will be provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Basic computer skills and experience with customer support tools
