Our solutions deliver a better experience and stronger ROI for buyers, sellers and agents throughout their campaigns. 2022 Most Innovative Established Supplier - PropTech AwardsWe are now looking to strengthen our IT Team, and are looking for an IT Technician to join the team.The work tasks will focus mainly on providing first and second line IT support, utilizing your understanding of all things related to IT, to support our users who are working from all over the world. You will report to our IT Service Manager and will be part of an IT team of about 5 employees, as well as part of the entire IT & R&D department of about 15.The IT Service Desk Team is mostly located in Thailand.The role is mainly a remote (work from home) position, but there could be the occasional need to come to our general office or one of our IT Service Desk locations. Because of this, it is an advantage if you live in Thailand - However, it is not a requirement.Could this be you?To fit into this role, you need to have a genuine interest in IT, as well as prior experience in working with IT support. You enjoy working both individually and as a team, in an international environment, and you find challenges in solving the most tricky tickets. You are used to working in an organized manner, meeting deadlines and managing your time efficiently. You have a sharp, logical mind, great problem solving skills, and you see possibilities and solutions where others see problems. You are used to taking your own initiatives and you work to improve things all the time.We believe you:Are excited for the opportunity to work remotelyNaturally take ownership of tasks, a self-starter.Are a generalist that likes everything with IT and eager to learn moreAre a person with native English speaking levelAre process orientedWe believe you have:4+ years of experience working within the IT fieldExpert knowledge in regards to Windows OSGood knowledge of device management using MDM tools like Intune, Jamf.Good knowledge of computer hardwareGood knowledge in LinuxGood knowledge about ITIL process and best practicesGood knowledge of networkBasic knowledge of DockerExperience working in an ITIL environment with an ITIL based ticket systemsExperience in supporting web based in-house developed applicationsExperience in using troubleshooting methodologyExperience in working in an international companyExperience of working in an IT support (phone, tickets/emails, chat)It is not required, but would be great if you also have:A university degree within a relevant areaKnowledge of Git or SQLKnowledge of AWS servicesAbout DiakritReal estate digital marketing content that empowers and engages real estate agents and property buyers.
