As a part of Pluss Software LLC’s IT Support team, you will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and support of both software and hardware solutions. You will also be responsible for managing both internal resources and customer systems. You will respond daily to new and diverse customer problems and requests and will be responsible for finding solutions to match their needs.Primary Responsibilities:Install and troubleshoot Pluss Software LLC’s software solutionsSetup and deploy hardware solutions to customersRemote management, maintenance, and updates of deployed hardware and software solutions.Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot customer printing configurationsTroubleshoot common network solutions.Setup and service payment processing solutionsMinimum Qualifications:Extensive experience with modern Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10+, Windows Server 2016+)Experience as an IT Technician or related work experienceExperience with building, configuring, and troubleshooting PC computer hardwareStrong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsGood knowledge of internet security and data privacy principlesGood working knowledge of modern networking, TCP/IP communication, routing and internet communications.Additional desired QualificationsExperience with payment processing hardware and softwareExperience with Point-of-Sale systemsExperiencing servicing and supporting business software installationsExperience with modern cloud computing services (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS)Experience with help-desk software solutions and VOIP systemsAA Computer Science or Equivalent ExperienceCertifications A+ / Net +Pay range: $15.11- $25 per hourFullsteam supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience, and background.
