You’ll report directly to our Head of IT and Security (based in Canada) and work closely with our IT Support Engineers in London and Zagreb.We’re seeking someone who’s passionate about building reliable, scalable IT systems and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices, while also being comfortable handling day-to-day IT support when needed.In this role, you’ll help design, implement, and manage our modern IT environment. You’ll automate processes, maintain our cloud tools and services, and support our team to ensure seamless, secure operations as we continue to grow.If you enjoy working in cloud-first environments, love solving technical challenges through automation, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting—we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll DoInfrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and configurations using tools like Terraform or Pulumi.Systems Management: Manage and optimize IT systems, including Google Workspace, Okta, Cloudflare, Kandji, SentinelOne, and macOS environments, as well as SaaS applications like Jira and Notion.Automation & Efficiency: Identify opportunities to automate IT processes, improve workflows, and enhance security posture.Support & Troubleshooting: Provide timely resolution for IT support requests, ensuring minimal disruption for colleagues.Security & Compliance: Help enforce security best practices and support compliance initiatives such as ISO 27001.Documentation & Training: Create and maintain clear documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting.
