IT Support Technician I

Univest is a company located in Baltimore, MD, seeking a Technology Support Technician I. In this role, you will support the tools used by associates, troubleshoot IT issues, and contribute to enhancing call handling and ticket resolution in a team-oriented environment.ResponsibilitiesReact to help desk calls via phone, ticketing system, e-mail and in personProvide professional, customer service across all Univest locations and diverse business unitsTroubleshoot basic and complex desktop, application, phone, and networking issuesAccurately prioritize each incident and assign to the proper IT assistance groupWork in conjunction with Tier 2 IT assistance to resolve issuesContribute positively to enhance and improve call handling and ticket resolution including creating end-user training material and knowledge base articlesMove and configure PC hardware and softwareRequired to be on-site 3 days per week and to travel to other Univest locations as requiredWork flexible hours as needed.
