What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide in-person and remote customer service, tracking work through a ticketing system
- Address technical support requests promptly to ensure satisfactory resolutions
- Set up and deploy computer systems and desktop technology for employees
- Assist in organizing and streamlining processes within the technology department
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least six months to one year of combined training and experience in technology support
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
- Reliable, responsible, and capable of managing deadlines and commitments
- Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively to solve challenges
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with MacOS, Zoom, Jamf MDM, Okta, Google Apps, and Gitlab
