We are looking for a self-motivated, customer service-oriented IT Support Specialist to provide internal technical support in an efficient and accurate manner, advise and assist project teams with technology needs, and assist with the maintenance and growth of our IT systems. You will be the company's front line for solving IT-related problems.This position will be hybrid in our Mexico City office (which is soon to open).What You'll Do:Perform daily system monitoring of the nearby office to ensure operations run smoothlyProvide OS, application, hardware, and VoIP support for on-site and remote access usersPerform desktop/laptop hardware upgradesManage hardware and software inventoryPurchase and Expense end-user issued equipment, as needed.Ensure seamless employee on-boarding and off-boarding, including account setup, basic training, and directory maintenanceCreate and maintain organized system documentation and improve IT-related processesPartake in project planning, deploying, maintaining, and decommissioning IT software systemsNetwork Administration for local office, including purchasing, mounting and update equipment.What You'll Need:3+ years of applicable experience in a support desk or systems administration roleHands-on endpoint deployment experience (Windows and macOS required)Microsoft 365 Experience (Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Entra/AAD) RequiredFamiliarity with VMware Workstation or Hyper-V a plusFamiliarity with PowerShell scripting, scheduling of Windows tasks, and backup methodologies.Familiarity with VoIP, VDI (Windows 365), Dell, Lenovo and Surface workstationsFamiliarity with SDN style networking like Ubiquiti, Meraki, etc.Experience with Help Desk Service Request systems such as ZendeskFamiliarity with remote access and meeting software, specifically Zoom and Teams, including webinar subcomponents.
