IT Support Specialist

Aperture Group LLC is a growing and collaborative organization seeking an IT Support Generalist who will be the first point of contact for internal technical support. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless technology experience for employees, involving troubleshooting, onboarding, and supporting new system implementations. Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 technical support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and access-related issues (both remote and onsite) Manage and document work within the IT Service Management system (tickets, service requests, knowledge base articles, asset tracking) Support employee onboarding and offboarding , including device setup, account provisioning, and access management Assist with hardware and software deployment , including evaluating and rolling out new tools and technologies Help install and maintain AV equipment and office technology , including conference rooms and event spaces Deliver basic end-user training and guidance on systems, tools, and best practices Partner with IT leadership on projects and process improvements Maintain consistent onsite presence to support internal teams Skills 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support (or relevant internship/entry-level experience) Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments, hardware, and common business applications Experience with or exposure to Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or similar user/account management tools Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Hourly pay Weekly pay Company Overview A national portfolio of premier forensic services companies, Aperture uses proven science and accepted industry standards to deliver accurate and efficient expert analysis.
