Job Description: • Provide technical support and IT consulting for business clients • Solve IT challenges through troubleshooting and software solutions • Balance support and sales —help clients while identifying their technology needs • Work closely with businesses, building strong, long-term relationships • Continue expanding your knowledge in a fast-paced, evolving IT environment Requirements: • MSP/MSSP Experience: 3-5+ years • IT Support Experience: 3-5+ years • IT Sales Experience: 1-2+ years • Client Segment Experience: 3-5+ years supporting businesses • Remote/Hybrid Experience: 2-3+ years • Core Technical Skills (1-3 Years Preferred) Support & Systems (Highly Desirable) Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Repairshopr / Syncro Keeper Password Manager ConnectWise (Manage, Automate, Control, CPQ, BrightGauge, & More!)
