Dedicated to continuous improvement, we work closely with various departments to optimize business applications and align with our company's strategic goals, making us a crucial component of Clari’s success.About the RoleThe IT Team at Clari is on a mission to establish an exceptional support team, and we need your help! We are in search of an empathetic and inquisitive problem solver who can challenge the existing norms and inspire those around them. You will be the first point of contact and primary IT support for our headquarters in Sunnyvale, US, as well as for our globally distributed employees. You will collaborate closely with our other IT team members and play a vital role on the team.This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact by refining our processes and implementing systems that address genuine business challenges.This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Sunnyvale office as needed. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for IT support, resolving daily IT issues for employees worldwide through our Slack channel and Jira IT projectFacilitate all employee lifecycle IT processes, including onboarding/offboarding, orientations, and equipment setup/provisioningAdminister, configure, license, and integrate corporate SaaS applicationsBuild and maintain office network infrastructureProvide hardware, software, and network support for both HQ and remote employeesDeliver AV support for HQ conference rooms and large eventsManage, set up, and maintain assets within our MDM and Asset Management systemsPerform and enhance daily IT processes, from recurring security/compliance audits to lifecycle and SaaS automationsChampion excellent IT knowledge base documentation practicesSupport Okta (IdP) and manage new SAML integrationsConfigure, support, and maintain Atlassian productsAssist with the execution and delivery of high-impact IT initiatives Qualifications Ability to work in the Sunnyvale HQ office minimum of 3 days a week3+ years of experience in a high-impact, fast-paced IT helpdesk environment handling a high volume of tickets with varying complexityStrong critical thinking skills, capable of independently solving complex problemsThis is an IT support and customer-first oriented role - excellent communication, critical thinking, and customer service are keyCollaborate effectively with team members and cross functionallyAdvanced troubleshooting experience with Mac and Windows systemsExpertise in administering Okta IdP, Google Workspace, and other Cloud and SaaS systems.Proven self-starter with a track record of delivering on complex tasks, projects, and initiativesSome experience with programming/scripting, automation development, and SAML/SCIM is desired but not mandatoryAbility to lift and carry up to 50lbs Perks and Benefits @ Clari Remote-first with opportunities to work and celebrate in personMedical, dental, vision, short & long-term disability, Life insurance, and EAPMental health support provided by Modern HealthPre-IPO stock optionsWell-being and professional development stipendsRetirement 401(k) plan100% paid parental leave, plus fertility and family planning support provided by MavenDiscretionary paid time off, monthly ‘take a break’ days, and Focus FridaysFocus on culture: Charitable giving match, plus in-person and virtual eventsIt is Clari’s intent to pay all Clarians competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair, and equitable. The goal of Clari’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees and encourage employees to stay and grow at Clari.Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to specific work location, skill set, depth of experience, education and certifications.The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $130,000. The compensation package for this position also includes stock options and company-paid benefits, including well-being and professional development stipends.
