IT Support (6 Month Contract)

We’re looking for an IT Support Contractor to join our NYC office. This is a great opportunity to support a high performing tech team and gain hands-on experience in a fast paced environment.

This position is a 6-month contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-person IT support to NYC based staff, including VIPs and executives
• Act as the frontline for walk-up support and hardware and software troubleshooting
• Support meeting room setups, networking, and basic AV needs
• Manage and resolve tickets using Jira Service Management
• Handle hardware setups, imaging, inventory, and asset tracking
• Escalate issues as needed and collaborate with the global IT team
• Maintain clear documentation of support tasks and resolutions

Experience And Background

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working onsite full time in a user-facing support role
• Familiar with macOS, Windows, and business tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.)
• Eager to learn and contribute to team success
• Experience in IT support (internship, helpdesk, or school or office setting)
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Jamf, and AV or conference room tech

Salary for the 6-month contract is $60,000.
