We are actively seeking IT Service Manager - Customer Identity & Access Management for one of our client, Please share your resume with current location & full contact info Role:IT Service Manager - Customer Identity & Access Management Location:Remote Job description This is a CIAM Service Manager within the IT organization. This position will manage projects from beginning to end and act as the liaison between the executive team, business users and the IT technical development team. This person will be first point of contact within TPS organization but part of a global team that will contribute to the success of the company by identifying and designing improvements to business processes in alignment with the overall global business strategy. This person will provide input on CIAM requirements, system/process enhancements and supporting documentation. • Leads the rollout and adoption of enterprise-wide Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) technologies • Collaborates with the solution architect to maintain product vision and strategy • Assists in the facilitation of sprint planning and grooming using Agile development framework • Owns the product roadmap and serves as the product owner for scrum teams, creating and prioritizing epics and stores • Collaborates with various partners to define and manage organizational readiness for product rollouts • Collaborates with program and program management teams to ensure the existence of project plans for each initiative or release • Provides communications with all teams to ensure continuous alignment and delivers technical reports on daily activities • Collaborates and resolves any service disruption • Serves as product evangelist, drives standard methodology research and benchmarking to build outstanding solutions • Provides visible and sustained support for products and maximizes value to customers, users, and the organization • Analyzes and advises on new authentication technologies and program conformance • Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and advancements associated with Omni-channel and Digital Authentication and Identity offerings Thanks & Regards Naveen Rootshell Enterprise Technologies Inc.
