Responsabilities Receiving and handling user requests in the scope of IT supportPreparation of user equipment, diagnostics of the technical condition of the equipment before sending it for repairCreating user instructions and keeping them up to date Access granting to internal services/applications- Administration of the corporate messenger and mail systemKeeping and maintaining IT Assets inventoryMaintaining and updating IT asset inventory, ensuring proper documentation and controlAssistance in device management- Assisting with the setup, maintenance, and improvement of audio-visual systems in meeting rooms Requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical users.Proficiency in various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and their installation, maintenance, and troubleshootingResponsible attitude toward assigned tasks and a keen eye for detail. Practical experience in managing global corporate IT systems (Google workspace, Mobile device management solutions - like Manage Engine, Identity providers - like Okta) Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Experience with IT Asset Management Systems. Experience in a self-driven role within a technology-focused organization. Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
