Role: IT Project Manager (website migrations and integrations) Work Location: Remote Hire Type: 6 Month Contract to Hire Pay Rate: $55/hr - $60/hr. on W2 Digital Transformation Project Manager Are you passionate about delivering digital transformation through focused, time-bound initiatives? As a Digital Transformation Project Manager, you’ll drive the successful execution of website migrations and integrations within specific business units and regions, enabling seamless customer experiences. Role Overview Join our team as a Digital Transformation Project Manager, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of individual website implementation projects (transactable and non-transactable). You will be partnered with cross-functional teams in Digital, IT, Sales, Marketing, and the Business Units to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You should have direct experience managing large-scale deployments, preferably across more than one region or BU. Familiarity with Agile is required; SAFe-Agile is a plus. This role has global visibility but will focus on managing the delivery of discrete projects rather than overseeing a program of related initiatives. ________________________________________ Responsibilities • Daily project management of assigned implementations within defined timelines and budget. • Work with Product Management to track project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables. • Plan, organize, direct, and control the project effort. • Define project governance and control mechanisms in line with organizational standards. • Identify and manage project risks and issues; take corrective measures as needed. • Manage project schedules, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment within the project framework. • Prepare and maintain project artifacts such as timelines, dashboards, risk logs, and financial tracking. • Collaborate with other Project Managers and the broader team to share best practices and lessons learned. • Ensure projects align with business unit objectives while delivering measurable results. • Report on status and escalate issues or risks that may impact project delivery. • Contribute to and participate in steering committee or leadership discussions as needed. ________________________________________ Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of project management experience (ideally in digital or IT contexts). • Proven ability to manage complex technology implementation projects across multiple stakeholders. • Solid understanding of Agile project management methodologies. • Comfortable working independently with cross-functional, global teams in a matrixed organization. • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder alignment skills. • Able to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities. • Experience with project financial tracking and reporting. • Skilled in Microsoft Office and PM tools, including Azure DevOps (preferred).
