We are seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager with a passion for fostering strong relationships and leading projects to successful outcomes. In this critical role, you will be responsible for:
Ā Building and nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ā Leading consulting projects from the post-sales stage through to completion, ensuring all aspects such as scope, deliverables, budget, and client satisfaction are met.
Ā Creating and managing essential documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and status reports, for both clients and internal teams.
Ā Overseeing the daily execution of projects to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
Ā Contributing to strategic innovation initiatives and identifying opportunities to enhance client value.
Ā Collaborating with the account team to spot and act on additional value opportunities for clients.
Ā Driving continuous improvement in implementation methodologies and service offerings based on client feedback.
Ā Traveling to client locations as necessary, up to 30% of the time.
What We're Looking For
Ā 5 to 8 years of experience in IT Project Management.
Ā Proven ability to influence and consult effectively, presenting options with clear pros, cons, and risks, while providing leadership in addressing governance and technical challenges.
Ā Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer experience and an ability to navigate cultural diversity.
Ā Experience in deploying Enterprise Software, particularly Salesforce, in client settings.
Ā Background with Fortune 500 companies or large consulting firms on mission-critical systems.
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ā A collaborative team player with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ā Familiarity with SaaS deployments and related architecture is an advantage.
Ā Experience with public sector projects is a plus.
Ā Preferred experience with Salesforce Platform and project delivery.
Education
Ā Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Ā MBA is a plus.
Ā CSM, PMP, and Salesforce certifications are preferred.
