About the role We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support projects during overnight hours. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills and experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably within an IT environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide overnight project coordination and administrative support for client initiatives. • Manage and prioritize support tickets, scheduling engineers and ensuring timely resolution. • Utilize ServiceNow for ticket management and workflow tracking (training available if needed). • Maintain accurate documentation and project records using Microsoft Office tools. • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations. What We are Looking for • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a project coordinator or administrative support role. • IT awareness or experience preferred, but not strictly required. • Comparable backgrounds such as Admin Assistant may be considered if skills align. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). • Basic familiarity with ServiceNow (or willingness to learn). • Strong organizational and communication skills.
