IT Project Coordinator, Healthcare - Remote

NTT DATA currently seeks a Project Coordinator to join our team working 100% Remote US on a long-term temporary assignment supporting a leading clinical health system. Due to company policy, we are only hiring on NTT data payroll, vs. C2C. Job Description: The Project Coordinator will work closely with a Project Delivery Manager to assist with early development of projects, research, documentation, and day-to-day project operations. This dynamic role involves shadowing, facilitate meetings, and supporting project discovery efforts across multiple initiatives. Responsibilities • Monitor team progress and coordinate client support efforts. • Ensure project teams adhere to timelines and deliverables. • Communicate plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders. • Follow up on project quality measures and artifacts. • Manage and build relationships with multiple teams. • Analyze project data and produce progress reports. • Assist Project Director with administrative functions and processes. • Assist Project Director with various tasks related to managing their portfolio. • Run meetings in the absence of the Project Director. • Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and other activities. • Support documentation efforts, including planning materials and reports. Minimum Job Qualifications • 1-2 years of experience in executive administrative, project coordinator and/or a similar position in the healthcare industry. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite) Knowledge of how healthcare IT projects operate Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and build respectful relationships across teams. Strong adaptability to changing environments and timelines. Confidence in navigating new environments and situations. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage shifting priorities. The starting hourly range for this remote role is 42.00-47.00 This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
