Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator

Location: Remote, Telework

Hours: Part-Time (10-15 hours per week)

Department: Service Operations

Reports To: Director of Service Ops

Job Summary: The Technical Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of technical projects that contribute to our client's mission of designing, protecting, and supporting empowering technology solutions. This position requires a strong understanding of technical processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment that values innovation and client success.

Core Responsibilities

Project Support:
? Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with the company's cybersecurity and IT service goals
? Coordinate and schedule project meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
? Track project progress and ensure that deadlines are met by maintaining detailed project schedules

Task Coordination
? Monitor tasks to project team members, ensuring clarity on responsibilities and timelines for complex technical projects
? Follow up on action items and ensure that tasks are completed according to the project plan
? Manage project documentation, including updating project plans, status reports, and other related materials

Communication
? Serve as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication about cybersecurity and IT initiatives
? Prepare and distribute regular project updates, including status reports and risk assessments relevant to the company's innovative solutions
? Address any project-related inquiries and provide timely responses to stakeholders

Risk And Issue Tracking
? Assist in identifying potential risks and issues in cybersecurity and IT projects and document them
? Monitor and follow up on risk mitigation actions and issue resolutions

Status Reporting
? Compile and prepare status reports for multiple ongoing projects, providing leadership with clear and concise updates
? Present project status reports to leadership, highlighting key achievements, upcoming milestones, and any areas requiring attention
? Ensure that leadership is kept informed of any changes in project scope, schedule, or resources

Quality Control
? Ensure that project deliverables meet the high-quality standards expected in the cybersecurity and IT services industry
? Assist in conducting post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and areas for improvement

Qualifications/Skills
? 2 years of experience in a project coordination or support role, preferably in a technical or cybersecurity environment
? Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
? Basic understanding of project management principles and cybersecurity concepts
? Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a rapidly evolving industry
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, crucial for conveying complex technical information
? Familiarity with cybersecurity terminology and IT processes is a plus
