By merging data, cloud, AI and design with deep industry expertise, we create impactful yet intuitive digital solutions that empower people and move businesses forward.When joining Tieto Tech Consulting as an IT Operations Engineer (L2 Support), you will be responsible forSoftware and hardware problems diagnosis and troubleshootingCommunication with customersIdentification of solutions / workarounds to resolve the issues as quickly as possibleManaging support both with or without remote accessDefining the root cause of the issueOperational tickets investigation/ resolutionEscalation to / collaboration of unresolved issues with internal teamsProviding client education, if necessary, because of knowledge gaps in products / business usageWorking in shiftsWho we are looking for2+ years of experience in MS Windows system administrationHands-on knowledge of Office 365 administrationStrong knowledge of administration and configuration of Windows serversStrong understanding of backup and monitoring solutionsGood knowledge of server platforms and server administrationKnowledge of Linux and/or knowledge of PowerShell scriptingIntermediate written and spoken EnglishService oriented professional attitudeWill be an advantageExperience in working with Azure or AWS Knowledge of MS SQL We offerWe offer you professional growth, meaningful projects, open culture, and an outstanding work-life balance!
