Onboarding Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ New Hire Laptop Setup: Coordinate the onboarding of new employees using their existing laptops (MacBook Pros and Windows PCs) from previous organizations.
ā¢ Prepare and configure each device to work securely and efficiently within the customers infrastructure.
ā¢ Device Enrolment & Configuration: Enroll laptops into VMware AirWatch (Workspace ONE) or similar mobile device management platforms.
ā¢ Deploy and configure customer-specific applications and settings using automated deployment tools, ensuring each system is fully set up and compliant.
ā¢ OS Reinstallation & Troubleshooting: Reinstall or reimage operating systems (with a strong focus on macOS, as well as Windows) when necessary to resolve configuration issues.
ā¢ Re-enroll devices in management systems after reimaging and verify that all hardware and software components function correctly.
