About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Software Developer/Data Analyst. This is a remote position ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, data, and building scalable digital solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software applications, analyze data sets, and drive business decisions through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities: As a Software Developer: β€’ Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications. β€’ Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers. β€’ Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code. β€’ Debug and troubleshoot technical issues. β€’ Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices. As a Data Analyst: β€’ Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights. β€’ Build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. β€’ Work with SQL and Python/R for data manipulation and analysis. β€’ Support decision-making by presenting data findings to stakeholders. β€’ Collaborate with data engineers and business units to align data strategy. Requirements: Technical Skills: β€’ Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java. β€’ Experience with front-end (React, Angular) or back-end (Node.js, Django) frameworks. β€’ Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL). β€’ Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. β€’ For Data Analyst roles: experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Soft Skills: β€’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills. β€’ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. β€’ Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field. β€’ 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred (internships count). β€’ Open to recent graduates with strong project or internship experience.
