Profile: IT Infra Assistant (Back Office IT Support Role).

ย Provide hardware, software, and network support through telephone, email, or remote tools, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and issue resolution to employees [PAN India]

ย Install, configure, and troubleshoot various software and hardware components, including computers, notebooks, printers, and telephone handsets.
ย Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 applications and OneDrive to ensure seamless user operations.
ย Handle data backup (both offline and cloud) and restoration procedures, ensuring data integrity and security.
ย Manage and maintain the ticketing tool, ensuring timely tracking, escalation, and closure of support requests.
ย Oversee IT assets, including allocation, return procedures, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records.
ย Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with users and stakeholders.
ย Be open-minded, willing to learn, and adaptable to new technologies and methods as part of continuous professional development.
ย Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities in English and Hindi primarily, as clientยs employees are present PAN India.
