The IT Helpdesk Administrator at Choate USA is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to end-users through various help desk channels. Responsibilities
Ā Providing end-user tech support via help desk channels (phone, email, Teams, or web chat).

Ā Troubleshooting technical issues.

Ā User account management including account creation, assigning permissions, and password resets.

Ā Escalating incidents that cannot be resolved to the next level of support.
,
Ā Identifying potential major incidents and problems, and highlighting them to management.

Ā Updating users on the status of their incident or service request.
,
Ā Providing proactive maintenance on client devices, ensuring security patches and corporate applications are up to date.
Requirements
Ā 2 years of help desk experience.

Ā 2 years of IT support experience.
,
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
,
Ā Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
,
Ā Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
,
Ā Self-motivated with good follow-up skills.
,
Ā Clean driver's license for at least 5 years.

Ā Reliable transportation.
