Required Skills • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field. • 1 year of business analysis experience with IBM Cúram software. • 1 year of experience in government IT projects as a business analyst or related duties. • 1 year experience eliciting, mining, and documenting business rules and processes. • 2 years of Medicaid Eligibility or other healthcare insurance experience. • Ability to clearly communicate technical and vulnerability information to non-technical personnel • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
