IT Functional Analyst - Kronos
About the position
Chobani is seeking a full-time Kronos Analyst to serve as a Subject Matter Expert for their timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, and leave of absence processes. This role involves troubleshooting, analyzing, configuring, and maintaining solutions for UKG/Kronos systems, ensuring compliance with company standards and SOX guidelines while supporting HRIS systems.
Responsibilities
Ā Troubleshoot, analyze, configure, test, maintain, support and document solutions for UKG/Kronos Timekeeping, Attendance, Advanced Scheduling and Attestation modules.

Ā Be the primary person responsible for UKG/KRONOS system.
,
Ā Analyze complex requirements and potential impacts of changes including pay rules, work rules, union rules, pay codes, and employee records modification.

Ā Provide guidance on best practices on UKG/Kronos configuration of foundational concepts and business rules.
,
Ā Conduct impact analysis and fit-gap analysis.
,
Ā Support the IT team in all HRIS systems.
,
Ā Partner with the People team to resolve issues and enhancements by gathering functional and technical requirements.

Ā Monitor daily/weekly issues, develop test cases and training documents to streamline the Time and Attendance process.
,
Ā Work closely with other IT members to ensure that KRONOS system aligns with Chobani standards.

Ā Create and run audit reports for Audit and SOX requirements as necessary.
Requirements
Ā Bachelor's degree
,
Ā 8+ years of experience with HRIS systems
,
Ā 5+ years of experience in implementing and/or supporting UKG/Kronos Workforce modules
,
Ā Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions) is strongly preferred
,
Ā In-depth knowledge of timekeeping, attendance, and accrual policies and procedures
,
Ā Integration experience with Dell Boomi with knowledge of UKG connectors, APIs, and end-point integrations
,
Ā Experience working with offshore teams
,
Ā SAP SuccessFactors experience is strongly preferred
,
Ā ADP Payroll experience is a plus
,
Ā Experience working in JIRA is a plus
,
Ā Knowledge of HR processes
,
Ā Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
Nice-to-haves
Ā Reporting/Dashboarding using Kronos data will be a plus
,
Ā Time clock and badge/security system integration knowledge.
