The Opportunity
As we keep expanding, adding 120 employees annually, we are looking for an IT Director willing to get on board with an ambitious and ever-growing team: someone who desires to bring their expertise and provide actual solutions to our current needs at KRUK Spain.
What We Need
The main objective of this role will be to integrate IT with operational areas, as well as implement and lead IT projects. Additionally, another important function will be __managing IT... teams: infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software development__their performance, work, and task organization.
We are eager to meet someone with 4+ years of experience in a similar position, with an Agile mindset, and a roll up my sleeves attitude who tackles challenges proactively. A team player who can guide and lead a company in full transformation!
