Responsibilities

ā¢ Lead a high-performing team to deliver quality and timely analytics use cases.
ā¢ Develop and refine data models to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
ā¢ Conduct comprehensive market and industry research to produce strategic insights and reports.
ā¢ Build and maintain relationships with executive leadership to address critical staffing and data needs.
ā¢ Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to strategic internal projects.
Skills
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in strategic program management, data analysis, or applied analytics.
ā¢ Proficiency in analytical and BI tools like Alteryx and Power BI.
ā¢ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
ā¢ Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
ā¢ Master's degree or relevant certifications.
ā¢ Experience in a consulting context and engaging with senior stakeholders.
