IT Customer Service Analyst

Provide exceptional customer service to both external clients and internal IT teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to LabCorp's IT systems and services.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal IT teams, effectively communicating technical information in a non-technical manner.
Continuously monitor and respond to incoming customer inquiries via multiple communication channels.
Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
Stay up-to-date on LabCorp's IT systems and services to provide accurate and efficient support.
Collaborate with other IT teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while providing IT support.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Provide timely and regular reports on customer inquiries and resolution status to management.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication.
Adhere to all security and confidentiality protocols to protect sensitive customer information.
Maintain a thorough understanding of LabCorp's products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams for resolution.
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery.
