IT Coordinator
Our Amusement and Redemption services company is looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated and organized IT Coordinator to join our fast-growing company. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting and maintaining computer assets within a business network environment. The IT Coordinator position calls for a confident individual with a strong work ethic, ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively and an aptitude for continued growth.
Job Details
Salary: $55 ? 75k base salary ? based on experience
Job Type: Full-time (Immediate Hire)
In-office 8-5 M-F
Education/Licensure Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Job Information and Duties
? This is a full-time in-office position that may require night/weekend work several times a year
? Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot Windows and Apple workstations within a business network environment of approximately 100 employees working on-prem and remotely
? Serve as first tier support for end-user software/hardware troubleshooting
? Assist in the development and documentation of IT policies and procedures
? Provide end-user training on new software and equipment
? Create and maintain schedules and logs for IT monitoring and maintenance tasks
? Assist senior staff as needed on projects regarding servers, networking and back-end systems
Required Skills/Competencies
Our ideal candidate will have
? 2+ years' experience working with Microsoft Windows in a domain network environment
? Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and services
? Functional knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network equipment
? Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple assignments with high quality results.
? Experience with ERP software, SQL, VB, .NET, Crystal Reports highly preferred but not required
Education
Bachelor's degree is preferred
