IT Contracts and Vendor Analyst

Work From Home Work From Home Work From Home, Indiana 46544 The IT Contracts and Vendor Analyst support the Manager of IT Contract & Vendor Management in the day-to-day operations. In this role you will assist in tracking and maintaining contract records, ensuring vendor compliance, and supporting procurement processes. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT • Assist in the preparation of reports related to contractors, vendor performance, contract status, and cost tracking. • Support the IT vendor onboarding and offboarding process, including coordinating internal reviews and documentation. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in contract management systems. • Assist in tracking and maintaining an inventory of IT contracts, including key terms, renewal dates, and compliance requirements. • Support the IT team in researching vendor solutions, services, and pricing comparisons. QUALIFICATIONS • Required Bachelor's Degree Business/Management Information Systems/Healthcare Management or a closely related field of study • Required In lieu of degree, 5 years relevant experience • 1 year Vendor management, Contract support or Administrative experience.
