We are now hiring experienced and driven professionals to join our Business Development Team in a fully commission-based role with high-earning potential.

Position Overview

The IT Consulting Business Manager will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing consulting opportunities with enterprise clients across various architecture domains. This role is ideal for high-performers who thrive on building relationships and closing six-figure deals in IT services.

Compensation (Commission-Based Only)
• Base Commission: 5% of Gross Revenue from each closed deal
• Revenue Accelerator: Additional 1% commission for every $100,000/month in closed revenue
• Uncapped Earnings with performance bonuses for exceeding targets
• Full support from delivery, presales, proposal, and recruiting teams

Core Services You Will Sell
• Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP migrations, strategy, FinOps)
• Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF frameworks, rationalization, governance)
• Solutions & Integration Architecture (Mulesoft, Boomi, microservices)
• ERP Architecture (Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday)
• Cybersecurity Architecture (IAM, Zero Trust, SOC architecture)
• AI/ML Architecture (LLM, data pipelines, MLOps)
• Data Architecture (Data lake, ETL, BI, governance)

Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and engage mid-size to enterprise-level clients
• Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, closing
• Work with delivery teams to scope and price architecture consulting solutions
• Build long-term client relationships and repeat business opportunities
• Represent the brand at networking events, conferences, and virtual meetups

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in IT Consulting / Services Business Development
• Deep understanding of one or more architecture domains (Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, etc.)
• Strong C-level network or experience selling into CIO, CTO, and Enterprise Architect roles
• Self-starter, target-driven, and capable of managing deals independently
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications
• MBA in Sales, Marketing, or IT Strategy (preferred, not mandatory)
• Experience selling architecture-focused consulting engagements or SOWs
• Familiarity with modern tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Prior experience working with or selling into Equinix, AWS, Oracle, or Fortune 1000 enterprises

• Candidate must be based in or near Knoxville, TN
• Remote work flexibility with occasional in-person meetings or client site visits
