Responsibilities: Requirements: - Data analysis and profiling, Systems and application analysis, Data and application design, Agile and SAFe methodologies Job Description: Candidate will provide technical consulting support activities including design, documentation, release, and implementation of BlueCard and other BCBSA applications/capabilities with respect to BCBSA’s BlueCard Modernization project.
