Title: iScala ERP - L2/L3 Support Consultants Location: Remote Duration: 08 Months Job Description: Application Support & Operations: • Provide L2/L3 support for Epicor iScala ERP across functional modules: • Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) • Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory, Logistics) • Manufacturing / Production (if applicable) • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, defects, and performance problems • Manage incident, problem, and change requests using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.) • Ensure SLA adherence, root cause analysis (RCA), and permanent fixes • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities Functional & Technical Configuration Required Skills & Experience Core Skills • 5–10+ years of ERP application support experience • 3+ years hands-on Epicor iScala experience • Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes • Experience supporting global ERP environments (multi-entity, multi-currency) • Solid SQL knowledge (queries, data analysis, troubleshooting) • Experience with ITIL-based support models • Technical Skills • Epicor iScala (preferred versions: iScala 2.x / 3.x) • SQL Server • Reporting tools (SSRS, Crystal Reports – preferred) • Interfaces / Middleware (basic exposure) • Windows Server & batch job monitoring (basic) Apply tot his job
