IP Litigation Paralegal – Full Time (Remote/Hybrid) Boutique IP firm is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal to join the team. This role involves managing litigation docketing (federal court, PTAB, TTAB, foreign proceedings), conducting conflict checks, assisting with subpoenas, drafting briefs, and supporting trial preparation as needed. Familiarity with Compulaw and Docket Navigator is preferred. Position Details: · Full-time, $120,000–$140,000/year (5–10 years’ experience) · Remote work initially; occasional in-office days may be required for trial preparation Key Responsibilities: · Manage litigation docketing and case deadlines · Conduct conflict checks and related research · Assist with legal research, drafting briefs, and appeal-related tasks · Support document retention and subpoena responses · Generate reports and updates for litigation activity and firm insights The firm is looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong IP litigation experience who can work independently while supporting their attorneys effectively.
