Invoice Clerk REMOTE (P-T & F-T) Day and Night Shift

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Invoice Clerk to join our remote finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. This position is available in both part-time and full-time schedules and is fully remote.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, verify, and process customer and vendor invoicesEnsure accuracy of billing data, pricing, and payment termsEnter invoice information into accounting or ERP systemsReconcile invoices with purchase orders and receiptsFollow up on invoice discrepancies and resolve billing issuesMaintain organized digital records and documentationAssist with accounts payable and/or accounts receivable tasksSupport month-end and year-end closing activities as neededCommunicate with internal teams and external vendors regarding billing inquiriesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus)Previous experience in invoicing, billing, or accounting support preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic understanding of accounting principlesProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar toolsExperience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) is a plusStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentRequired SkillsData entry and recordkeepingInvoice reconciliationWritten and verbal communicationProblem-solving and follow-upConfidential handling of financial informationWork Environment100% remote / work-from-homeFlexible scheduling options for part-time rolesFull-time roles follow standard business hours (may vary by time zone)Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly or salaried pay (based on experience and schedule)Flexible work hours (for part-time positions)Paid training and ongoing supportBenefits eligibility for full-time employees (health, PTO, holidays, etc., if applicable)
