Investor Relations Team Leader - Fully Remote Opportunity Fantastic and fully remote opportunity based in USA, East Coast working hours. Working within a Global and fast growing business we require a Team Leader to join this Technology Company specialised in Alternative Investment Funds. The role will be to Lead Investor Relations and Onboarding of clients world wide. Key responsibilities: β’ Act as an escalation point, ensure a high level of service to both clients and Investors; β’ Oversee and approve capital activity including subscriptions, redemptions, capital call, distribution and fund transfers β’ Investor Onboarding for Private Funds β’ Performing all of the investor related services of the Companyβs investment fund clients β’ Coordinate with different internal teams to ensure processes and workflows are aligned to meet client needs β’ Establish and build relationships internally and also externally with clients Key requirements: β’ At least 3 years of Investor Relations/Investor Service experience in the fund industry with prior private equity experiences β’ Strong experience of Investor Portals - Good understanding of platforms and Technology β’ Good understanding of investor service/investor relations/transfer agent process in fund service/fund administration β’ Strong client management skills β’ Good communications and analytical skills In return we offer a fully remote position offering excellent AFIM Industry exposure and career path within the growing organisation.
