Investor Services Manager
Investor Relations Team Leader - FullyRemote Opportunity Fantastic and fully remote opportunity based in USA, East Coast working hours. Working within a Global and fast growing business we require a Team Leader to join this Technology Company specialised in Alternative Investment Funds. The role will be to Lead Investor Relations and Onboarding of clients world wide. Key responsibilities: • Act as an escalation point, ensure a high level of service to both clients and Investors; • Oversee and approve capital activity including subscriptions, redemptions, capital call, distribution and fund transfers • Investor Onboarding for Private Funds • Performing all of the investor related services of the Company’s investment fund clients • Coordinate with different internal teams to ensure processes and workflows are aligned to meet client needs • Establish and build relationships internally and also externally with clients Key requirements: • At least 3 years of Investor Relations/Investor Service experience in the fund industry with prior private equity experiences • Strong experience of Investor Portals - Good understanding of platforms and Technology • Good understanding of investor service/investor relations/transfer agent process in fund service/fund administration • Strong client management skills • Good communications and analytical skills In return we offer a fully remote position offering excellent AFIM Industry exposure and career path within the growing organisation.Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
