About the Role

We are hiring a highly driven and well-connected Investor Relations Manager to help us build a strong network of investors, startups, and partners within the startup investment and real estate ecosystem. This is a high-growth, performance-driven role, ideal for individuals with strong investor relationships and deal-making expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Acquisition & Fundraising
• Leverage your personal and professional network to onboard Angel Investors, VCs, HNIs, Family Offices, and institutional investors.
• Pitch curated investment opportunities in startups and real estate.
• Drive funding rounds for promising startups by directly facilitating investment deals.
• Target and onboard international investors interested in Dubais booming real estate market and global startup ecosystem.

Startup Sourcing & Deal Structuring
• Identify and onboard high-potential startups seeking funding.
• Evaluate pitch decks, business models, and risks before recommending startups to investors.
• Facilitate negotiation and deal structuring between startups and investors.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of vetted startups to present to investors.

Advisory on Security Token Offerings (STOs)
• Educate startups about tokenized fundraising through STOs (optional but preferred).
• Explain how tokenization brings liquidity, fractional ownership, and global investor access.
• Assist startups in preparing for STO launches, including documentation and compliance.

Investor Relationship Management
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with onboarded investors.
• Serve as their go-to contact for new investment deals and market updates.
• Organize exclusive investor briefings, private webinars, and investment showcases.

Event & Networking Participation
• Represent the company at investment summits, startup expos, and family office forums.
• Host and co-host investor meetups and networking events to generate leads and maintain visibility.
• Collaborate with incubators, accelerators, and legal/financial advisors to create deal opportunities.

Market Insights & Investment Intelligence
• Track market trends, emerging sectors, and new investment models.
• Identify sectors likely to attract future investor interest.
• Share strategic insights with internal teams to refine investment positioning and marketing.

At Pitchmatter, we’re building a global ecosystem connecting high-growth startups with investors, franchise buyers, and strategic partners. As an Investor Relations Manager (IRM), your role is to onboard qualified investors and contribute to multiple revenue opportunities across our platform.

You will be responsible for onboarding investors who are interested in startup investments, real estate projects, franchise acquisitions, or private placements with regulated funds. Investors should have a minimum available capital of $50,000 and be ready to invest at least $5,000 per deal.

You will earn 40% of the success fee whenever an investor you onboard invests in any deal through Pitchmatter. Additionally, if a startup you refer receives funding, you will earn 10% of the success fee from that transaction. You are also eligible to earn direct commissions on investments made into Pitchmatter or any regulated VC fund.

There are additional earning opportunities through referrals for investor club memberships, startup subscriptions, sponsorship packages, and exhibitor onboarding for our events. Once you generate a minimum of $50,000 in revenue or $50,000 in fundraising to Pitchmatter through your referrals and activities, you become eligible to transition into a full-time role with a basic monthly pay and added incentives.
