Setpoint Capital is an alternative asset manager focused on asset-backed private credit investments. They are seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support business development and investor relations efforts, manage investor CRM, and facilitate due diligence processes.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Head of Investor Relations and the Head of Capital Formation on business development and investor relations effortsManage the investor CRM / pipeline and subscription processes, including overseeing monthly closes and maintaining data across multiple platformsFacilitate investor due diligence on our funds, strategies and borrower markets and questions on our subscription processWork closely with Legal, Finance, Accounting and Operations on reporting, data and fund operations to ensure processes are efficient and timelyLead logistics for marketing, including investor conferences, bespoke Setpoint events and other programmatic outreach activitiesHelp craft and communicate the Setpoint Capital story to prospective and current investors, including developing and maintaining marketing materials and other external communicationsParticipate in the design and launch of any new fundsSkills1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in investor relations, structured credit, investment banking or a finance-related roleA bias toward action, including the ability to push projects forward with minimal supervision, and bring an ownership mentality to their workSuperior organization and time-managementAttention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical abilityExperience in accounting, finance, real estate or alternative asset management is a plusIdeally located in New York.
