Your key responsibilities are to deliver white glove service and honor the FSG Principles while:Preparing and coordinating subscription agreements for investments into clients’ funds Managing ongoing workflows for subscription agreements in automated investment platformsOpening and maintaining brokerage accounts for client’s fundsManaging e-mail and telephone conversations with our clients’ investors in a timely mannerConducting quality control processes around investor onboarding documentation, systems and processesOur requirements for you as an applicant are simple:Be a team player with an persistent work ethicLearn all we teach you quickly, comprehensively, and enthusiasticallyBe exceptional in your organizational, written and communication skills Have an impeccable attention to detailBe exemplary in prioritization and multi-tasking in a high volume, high speed environmentBe proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteIf you excel in your responsibilities and fulfill your responsibilities, our commitment to you is:Comprehensive benefitsBase salary commensurate with experience and success: The annual base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000Quarterly bonus that offers unlimited potential growth - 1/3rd of our profits (no matter how much) are shared with our team in bonuses each quarterWe are primarily a remote work company, but some of the training for this role may be best delivered in-person leveraging client sites or local coworking locations. Our clients also ask us to provide on-site support from time-to-time.
